Basic attributes and Tags in HTML 5

There are several Elements, Tags, attributes, and events in html 5. Many of them are new to html but before we list them, let’s talk about what they are.

Elements are for organizing and structuring your html document. Several new elements are included in HTML 5.

Tags are basically the names for any of the elements or commands in the document. They are usually set apart from the rest of the text with “<” and “>” symbols.

Attributes provide additional information about HTML elements.

Events actions you want the browser to perform (like what the text color does when a link is clicked).
